I. overview
KY-380D voltage-phase sequence multifunctional protector (also known as three-phase power supply monitor, phase-gap, phase-sequence protector, over-voltage protector, etc.) is mainly used for AC 50/60Hz, rated voltage below 480V, industrial three-phase 220V, 380V, 440V, 460V and other voltage levels of various fault detection, for three-phase input power supply voltage is too high, voltage is too low, phase-gap, reverse phase (phase sequence), three-phase voltage is not. Balance provides relay protection. ○ This series of multi-functional protectors need no working power supply, simple wiring, high accuracy of detection voltage, stable and reliable performance. It can be used in 110 V-460 V 50/60 Hz power grid.
○ There are five indicators to indicate: normal, phase-out (voltage three-phase unbalance), inversion, over-voltage, under-voltage, and relay output.
○ Relay output with two different functions: normal operation output and fault alarm output.
○ Because the protector protects the voltage and its phase sequence, it can be applied to all kinds of power motors.

III. PROTECTIVE CHARACTERISTICS
1. Phase-absent protection: refers to the protection of the line in operation or non-operation state, any phase of the fault occurs, delay 2 seconds action.
2. Inverse phase protection: a protection measure to prevent A, B, C three-phase AC phase sequence error, delay 2S action.
3. Voltage unbalance protection: refers to a protective measure that three-phase voltage unbalance will affect the safe operation of the line. When the three-phase unbalance rate is equal to 100%>10%, the protection delay is 2S.
4. Overvoltage protection: refers to the protection line voltage higher than the set value, delay 4-7S action, recovery difference of 5-20VAC.

1. Main circuit:
○ Rated voltage: 220 VAC, 380 VAC, 440 VAC, 460 VAC. (Voltage should be specified when ordering)
○ Connecting wires of main circuit: insulated copper wires with load area of 1.0-2.5mm. If a single copper wire can be inserted directly into the terminal, if a soft wire is used, a needle-shaped terminal must be added to the conductor to ensure reliable connection.
